I told Samus this already but it goes waaaay back. It really started off as a friendly rivalry, believe it or not. We were cops together and...actually good friends. Until I was...kind of the one responsible for getting him kicked out. And then we ended up competing for bounties...and in racing...and it was just a huge downward spiral from there.
Hrmmm...perhaps it's best to simply ignore him? He seems to have joined the staff as if to merely stir trouble with you after all...I never knew that Goroh and you have had some history together, you two have worked together before?
