I know you students are all busy with preparations but it's important to remember to take care of yourselves as well. Get sleep. Don't panic. Don't get worn out. Do what you need to do, but save your energy for where it counts.

Not quite yet, I've been moving around looking after the girls. Thank you though, but Louie's been helping me out. I would hate to be anymore of a burden.
