((OOC NOTE: I know none of this will be logged but I'm just keeping this here to make sure it's okay with other muns. He spent Christmas morning with Ionia and then they both went to the school to chill with the Fab Four and then in the evening there was Christmas with Leader and the other piklolis. At least this is what I am assuming? It can all easily be changed.))

Christmas was...nice. It was certainly different to be celebrating again.

So uh. I don't know who the carolers were but if you know what's good for you, next year you'll stay the hell away from my apartment. Or at least pick a different song. WHY is it ALWAYS Jingle Bell Rock?

Oh. Thanks to everyone for the gifts. A lot of them were very unexpected. In that...you really didn't have to. Especially you, Mr. Space Rock. You really didn't have to.

It was very generous of everyone. So thanks. Especially when I only gifted like...six people, whoops.

Hey, Ionia, did you get your things back?

Anyway, break has been okay. Doing nothing is all right for a few days but I'm getting a bit antsy. Not that I don't like being out of school. I think I've lost track of the date. New Year's is Wednesday? Thursday?

I should make some kind of New Year's resolution or whatever. I haven't done that in a while either.

...I've been ignoring this paperwork and I should probably go get it done. That's a start, maybe.

Oh uh...it's kind of a tradition, I guess, for people to make promises to themselves for the new year. Most people resolve to lose weight or stuff like that. It's that idea of starting fresh, I think.

New Year's Eve is this Wednesday. I don't know what everyone else is doing but I'll be in my lab watching the New Years Eve special.

...I wonder if FDC is doing something similar? I didn't see any huge countdowns being installed, but the city being what it is, I almost expect it to pop up the day before...

It's been...pretty uneventful, really!

Ionia and I had your generic Christmas morning and then we swung by the school and hung out with Ms. Aran and a few of the other teachers...then in the evening we went to Professor Olimar's house so she could spend some time with her sisters.

Everything of Ionia's is back safe and sound! Nothing was even damaged! That was very nice of Melissa's daddy to bring Ionia's things back for Christmas.
